Day 7. Spoiled brat

A quick look using Wet'n'Wild Spoiled Brat eyeshadow trio. While the trio suggests where to apply the colors (fuchsia on the eyelid, black on the crease, silver on the browbone), I took the liberty to do something a little different.

Products:
- Wet'n'Wild Spoiled Brat eyeshadow trio
- Mac Powder Blush in Melba
- Kiko Lipstick (unknown name/number - will update when I found the info)

Eyes.

I gently patted the fuchsia lid color on 3/4 of the upper and lower lids, then I used the silver color on the inner 1/4 of the lids. I lined my eyes with the black color of the trio appling it with a thin brush near my lashes.

On the cheek I applied a blush with a warmer color, Mac Melba, to balance the cold colors of the eyes and to keep it natural.

On the lips, a pink, shimmery lipstick from Kiko.

Swatches

The Wet'n'Wild Spoiled Brat trio is a affordable three color palette whose colors pack a punch. The silver color is buttery, pigmented and applies and blends like a dream. The fuchsia color is very pigmented but a bit powdery and may require a few layer for the color to show up on the lid as intensly as it does in the pan. The last color is a black glittery shade, it is not as pigmented as the other two shades and the glitters may fall off, but it can be good color to use on the crease and for lining the eyes because it's not too intense.

On the left, the three colors swatched on Mac Painterly Paint Pot, on the right the colors applied with no base or primer. Picture taken in natural light.

Liko lipstick (natural light/flash).

This lipstick applies sheer and has quite a bit of shimmer. It lasts 2/3 hours on my lips, it is not drying but also not particulary moisturizing.

The Mac Powder Blush in Melba (natural light /flash) is a orangy-peachy color, with a smooth consistancy and that applied easily on the skin. It blends easily and can be layered to obtain a more intense color payoff.
